The school year is right around the corner, and that means it's time to get your FREE sports physical checked off the list. The Annual Chris Rich High School Physical Day is Saturday, August 8th at Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center on Masonic Drive in Alexandria. The Bloom Together Community Wellness Gathering is Saturday, August 8th from 4 to 8pm at Forts Randolph & Buhlow State Historic Site at 135 Riverfront Street in Pineville. There will be lots of vendors and educational booths, food & beverages, plus fun for the kids including a waterslide.
